The food of meat and blood favours criminal instincts. The liver cannot digest meat. Meat has a lot of uric acid which, after passing through the liver, enters the blood circulation. Uric acid brings diseases such as rheumatism, hepatic affections, renal ailments, premature old age, etc.

El Gnóstico debe ser aseado, pulcro, decente, caballeroso, honrado, siempre cumplido, siempre alegre, nunca airado con nadie ni contra nadie.
The Gnostic must be clean, neat, decent, chivalrous, honest, always punctual, always cheerful, never angry with anyone nor against anyone.
El devoto verdaderamente dispuesto a realizarse no debe aceptar jamás en la vida tomar ni una sola copa de vino con alcohol. Sabed que el alcohol daña y perjudica. El alcohol es del abismo. Los bebedores de alcohol caen en el abismo inevitablemente. Los borrachos no logran la realización.
The devotee truly disposed to self-realise must never in life accept taking even a single glass of wine with alcohol. Know that alcohol harms and damages. Alcohol is of the abyss. The drinkers of alcohol fall into the abyss inevitably. The drunks do not achieve realisation.
El devoto debe bañarse diariamente y vestir muy bien. El Gnóstico desaseado, aquel que jamás se baña, aquel que anda siempre en el más grande desaliño, le ocasiona daño a la humanidad porque con su propaganda de muy mal gusto, aleja a muchos de estos estudios. Las gentes se dicen entonces: ¿así son los gnósticos? ¡Yo no quiero degenerarme! ¡Yo no entraré en estos estudios!, etc.
The devotee must bathe daily and dress very well. The untidy Gnostic, the one who never bathes, the one who always walks in the greatest untidiness, causes harm to humanity because with their propaganda of very bad taste, they drive many away from these studies. People then say to themselves: are gnostics like this? I do not want to degenerate! I will not enter these studies!, etc.

We know that humanity is divided into groups, and that each human group needs its particular system of instruction. Truly all religions, schools and sects, are very precious pearls set on the golden thread of Divinity.
